Our Team
Chris Barnes, DC
Dr. Barnes founded Tensegrity Chiropractic in 2011 and treated thousands of patients throughout the region up through 2023. As a college football player, he suffered from numerous soft-tissue injuries, one of which ultimately ended his career. Frustrated with trainers, physical therapists, chiropractors and physicians not giving him answers about why he was continuously getting injured, he decided to pursue his own chiropractic training with the best providers in the field. Since graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Dr. Barnes has completed thousands of hours in continuing education.
“My goal is to identify the true cause(s) of pain for my patients. Rarely do I see the need for long-term chiropractic care. I want my patients to be empowered, free from pain, and able to enjoy their lives fully.”

Madison Dugan, DC
Dr. Madison Dugan’s journey into chiropractic care began as a patient after a volleyball injury left her believing she had reached the end of her medical options. When conventional medicine told her she would never return to the sport, she sought another solution and found relief through chiropractic care under Dr. Barnes, allowing her to quickly return to playing without pain. Inspired by that experience, she pursued her chiropractic education at Parker University after completing her undergraduate work at the University of Oklahoma. Since graduating, Dr. Dugan has continued to expand her expertise through extensive continuing education and specialized seminars, allowing her to provide individualized care to patients of all ages.
“My goal is to help patients reclaim the activities that bring them joy. You don’t have to settle for limitations—I believe your body is capable of more, and I’m here to help you get there.”
